Shipping policy

• Unless otherwise stated, handling time on all orders is one to two business days. 
• Basic shipping service is USPS First Class for domestic shipments, and US Priority Mail for international service. Quicker shipment methods are available, at additional cost. 
• Per USPS standards, first class shipping is a one to three day delivery. 
• In the event of damage, loss, or other issues, please report the concern to jon@axolandfriends.com immediately. 

Holiday 2019 Season Promise: From Dec 10-20, all orders placed before 3pm on business days will be shipped out same day. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped out the morning of the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday.
